Key duties and responsibilities will include;
- Generalist advice covering areas such as employee relations and performance management.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to achieve people-oriented goals.
- Support the Head of HR with day-to-day HR business requirements.
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, from talent attraction to onboarding, to grow a high-quality team.
- Oversee the implementation and administration of team benefits, reward, and remuneration.
- Use extensive knowledge of employment law and company HR policy to support business objectives.
- Actively contribute to HR management meetings.
Key skills and experience required
- CIPD qualified (Minimum Level 3) or similar experience of dealing with high level employee relations issues.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment as the business grows and develops.
- Excellent knowledge of Employment Law and its application in the workplace.
- proficiency in HR systems, data analytics, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently under pressure, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
This is a full-time role, with hours as required per week and a full benefits package is available.
