Description
This is a fantastic time to join an exciting, fast paced Company and this role will play a vital part in supporting the evolution of the HR function to deliver new and improved HR initiatives and projects whilst supporting and enabling their future growth.
- You will provide a proactive, credible partnering approach across the organisation.
- You'll act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and use your HR insight to deliver solutions.
- You will play a leading role in delivering transformational business change from a people perspective, working in partnership with SLT
- You will also be a key stakeholder in the delivery of HR led programmes such as a new HR IT systems; as well as initiatives throughout the year such as equality, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
- Design and implement company-wide HR policies and procedures
- Provide strategic HR advice to senior management
- Drive a high-performance culture
- Oversee employee relations and handle any HR related issues
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Develop and oversee training and development programmes
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- · At least seven years' experience in Generalist HR, with at least two years in a partnering capacity.
- Experience in TUPE would be advantageous.
- Current and comprehensive knowledge of HR best practice and employment law.
- Ideally multi-site experience.
- Experience of cultural development and team building would be valued.
- Proven ability to plan and manage work programmes, deal with conflicting demands, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience of implementing new HR systems would be advantageous.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior HR role within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
