We are seeking an HR Business Partner (Talent Development) to provide strategic direction on Talent Development across the school, ensuring that the school retains its talent and engages colleagues to deliver excellence for pupils.
This is an exciting opportunity to bring innovation to Talent Development across the school, to refine and improve effectiveness and to develop robust retention strategies, with a focus on staff and leadership development, succession planning, and reviewing programmes for performance management and appraisal.
In addition, the HR Business Partner will provide advisory and operational support to colleagues across the full spectrum of HR, developing strong and effective relationships with all Business Partners.
The successful candidate should have experience in a customer-focused role, a passion for excellent service delivery, excellent attention to detail and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
