We are working with our client on a search for an individual with experience as an HR Business Partner and ideally a background or strong interest in internal communications on an initial 16 month contract.
This role will dedicate it’s time in two different areas with equal focus; HR Development and Internal Communications and will be key in driving and shaping the HR delivery to accommodate the growing needs of this insurer as well as communicating important information from the company to employees.
As part of HR development, the role will work closely with the HR Leadership team and the rest of the HR team to help formulate and implement HR strategies that are fully integrated with business strategies and develop plans for their implementation.
As part of the role the Internal Communications will have end-to-end ownership of internal communications and associated employee engagement activities and communications, with oversight and department responsibility of the Human Resources Director. This role will be involved in developing internal communications plans and strategies contributing to the overall Corporate Communications strategic plan as well as more tactical activities including developing and circulating individual pieces of communication.
Powerpoint skills are essential while knowledge of Workday would be extremely advantageous
