Reed HR are working with a Charity based in Central London to recruit a HR Coordinator on a Temporary basis for 3-months. Pay rate is deemed Inside IR35 at circa £18 – £22 per hour depending on PAYE or Umbrella payment option. This job will operate on a hybrid working model, with some days worked both in the office and from home each week.
The main purpose of this job will be to provide a proactive and intuitive support function to the HR team. You will lead on an array of HR duties including acting as first point of contact for all HR queries, end to end recruitment, Maternity/Paternity, and payroll.
Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows:
- Act as first point of contact for all HR queries, resolving or escalating as required
- Provide recruitment advice and guidance to managers in line with good practice
- Facilitate the development of Job Descriptions and job adverts alongside hiring managers
- Coordinate all recruitment administration end to end.
- Take the lead on accurately updating the HR system with starters and leavers monthly
- Monitor and record completion of performance appraisals
- Complete the monthly payroll changes spreadsheet in a timely manner before sending to third party payroll provider
- Undertake any additional adhoc duties as required
This is a professional and demanding HR Coordinator role, and to be successful it is ideal that you have experience working on end-to-end recruitment, as well as processing monthly payroll with a third party provider
