Here at Manpower we are currently recruiting for a highly qualified HR Generalist on behalf of our client, a well-established family owned FMCG company. As an integral member of the Human Resources department, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions to ensure efficient personnel management and compliance with policies and regulations.
Salary: Up to €45k DOE
Working Hours: Mon. - Fri. 8am - 5pm - Completely on-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to management and staff on company policies and employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to legislation and maintaining consistency across the organization.
- Conduct investigations and manage grievances effectively.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Assist in the selection process and facilitate new hire induction and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and databases, including payroll changes, reporting, and attendance keeping.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and monitor progress using training software.
- Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures to comply with legal requirements.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback sessions.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience at an officer/executive level in a dynamic operational environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and experience in conflict management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong organizational agility and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
