Liberty Recruitment Group are absolutely delighted to be partnering with our Client to gain an HR Manager - Employee Relationson a full time, permanent basis.
The main purpose of this role is to provide expert and proactive case management of ER issues across the business ensuring they are resolved in line with current employment legislation and company policy.
Some of your responsibilities would include;
- Provide practical advice on ER, ensuring timely resolution for disciplinary, grievance, appeal, and investigation meetings. Guide and influence managers for appropriate outcomes.
- Handle ACAS conciliation and Employee Tribunal claims, overseeing case reviews, document preparation, risk assessments, and resolution recommendations.
- Manage employee consultations, redeployment, and terminations through TUPE and redundancy processes. Collaborate with trade union representatives as needed.
- Participate in regular policy reviews and updates in accordance with employment laws and ACAS codes. Assist in communicating changes to managers.
- Attend complex hearings, offering advice and note-taking support.
- Provide formal training and tools to enhance manager capabilities in handling colleague relations.
You will have proven HR Generalist Experience and be CIPD Qualified or working towards this.
You will have up to date employment legislation knowledge and you will have previous experience of working with complex ER cases in a busy environment.
You will be a team player, organised and confident in communicating at all levels.
In return you will be offered a salary of up to GBP52k per annum plus some fantastic benefits, including hybrid working.
