Your new role
This is a new role being created due to the continuing and forecast growth of the business. Reporting to the MD and supporting an employee base of c100, you will be responsible for all aspects of the employee life-cycle. The role will also have an emphasis on well-being and employee engagement.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Ideally CIPD Qualified
- Professional services background is highly desirable.
- Experience of leading well-being and employee engagement initiatives is essential.
