SalaryHR Manager oopportunity to join an established Tier 1 Automotive business at an exciting time of growth and ongoing investment. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with the MD and the Board to design and implement the Learning and Development strategy across the business. Advising the Senior Management Team. Developing the human resource strategy and developing top level policies which can be put into practice across the business.
Starting salary: 55,000 - 60,000 TBC approx. guide only

The job will involve:
- Use technology for HR processes and to drive data insights into absence / churn / skills. Training can be provided but an interest / desire to use technology is required.
- Coordinate HR policies and practices for the sites, working closely with managers
- Provide advice to colleagues, and including liaising with external advisors (Make UK)
- Champion internal communications working alongside site General Manager and Directors
- Work with Directors and Managers on employee development including PDRs, skills matrices and succession planning.
- Liaise with schools and training providers (apprenticeships)
