Our client is a leading global advisory business based near Moorgate in central London. Due to positive changes in the business over the last 6 months they are looking to recruit a HR Project Advisor to come in and support the Head of HR Operations with a range of projects globally including processes and policies on a 6 month temporary contract with an potential option to extend (I have had a candidate there for 9 months and is now going perm)
Paying up to 25ph with Hybrid working (2 days in the office)
Your duties will include
- Working with a range of departments globally supporting them with a change/improvement of HR processes including, Recruitment, Onboarding, ER and all other people related matters
- Ensuring all teams globally are using HR systems and identifying skill gaps
- Working with the Head of HR operations to update and improve HRIS systems and Excel reporting
- Working with global teams and L&D teams to ensure all training is completed
- Data Analytical work on all people related data including sickness, L&D, Retention, Recruitment, ED&I
- Producing reports and data analysis for various departments
- Supporting all departments on role outs of new processes and policies
- Ensuring all global departments are working within company policy and processes
Experience needed
- You will be immediately available or at least on 1 weeks notice
- You will have a strong background in supporting on HR projects
- Be able to analyse data
- Strong with HR systems but more importantly have excellent excel skills including, Lookups, formulas, pivot tables (this is highly important)
- Strong communication skills and able to communicate with a range of departments both UK and globally
