My client, a fast growing SME with offices in Andover is seeking an HR & Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a permanent part time basis.
Reporting into the MD and forming a Team of 2 in the People Team, Duties include:
- Processing HR paperwork: Letters and employment contracts etc
- Supporting the HR Advisor on HR projects
- Posting job adverts to the company careers page and social media channels, job boards etc
- Managing applications for a variety of Head Office and Field positions
- Telephone screening candidates prior to submission to HM's
- Updating and managing the ATS
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborating with the HR Advisor to onboard New Starters
- Ad hoc HR & Recruitment duties
The ideal candidate will:
- Have extensive Recruitment experience gained within an agency or Inhouse setting
- Be confident handling the End to End recruitment process
- Have experience of posting job adverts and utilising social media channels to source talent
