Hr & Recruitment Advisor

My client, a fast growing SME with offices in Andover is seeking an HR & Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a permanent part time basis.

Reporting into the MD and forming a Team of 2 in the People Team, Duties include:

• Processing HR paperwork: Letters and employment contracts etc
• Supporting the HR Advisor on HR projects
• Posting job adverts to the company careers page and social media channels, job boards etc
• Managing applications for a variety of Head Office and Field positions
• Telephone screening candidates prior to submission to HM's
• Updating and managing the ATS
• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborating with the HR Advisor to onboard New Starters
• Ad hoc HR & Recruitment duties

The ideal candidate will:

• Have extensive Recruitment experience gained within an agency or Inhouse setting
• Be confident handling the End to End recruitment process
• Have experience of posting job adverts and utilising social media channels to source talent
