Immediately Available Credit Controller, Legal Sector Experience

Contract Type: Temporary (3-6 months), home working with 1 day a week in office 

Role Overview: We are actively seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join an esteemed law firm based in Cheltenham and London on an interim basis. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Credit Control: Handle credit control activities, including chasing outstanding invoices, monitoring payment terms, and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, legal teams, and other internal departments to address billing queries and payment issues.
• Legal Sector Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of legal processes and industry-specific credit control practices to manage accounts effectively.
• Debt Recovery: Implement effective debt recovery strategies while maintaining professional relationships with clients.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts, cash flow, and credit risk assessment.

• Experience: Credit control experience within the Legal Sector.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in tracking financial transactions and ensuring accuracy.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
