We are currently looking for an Income Officer to work with a Local Authority to ensure accommodation charges, including arrears are collected and managed effectively.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting customers to resolve any issues helping them to remain in their homes
- Managing cases where a Notice to Quit has been issued
- Monitoring possession cases and rent accounts
- Assist tenants who are in rent arrears
Candidate requirements:
- Experience working within a similar role with another Local Authority or Housing Association
- An understanding of public sector housing issues, policies and regulations
