Insurance Administrator
GBP25-GBP30k Plus excellent benefits (salary negotiable subject to experience)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and diligent team player to join and support the Commercial Broking team. Working alongside Account Managers and mirroring their high standards by demonstrating the professionalism for developing trust and excellent client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, and the ability to build rapport with colleagues, line managers and a wide range of clients.
You must be a self-starter with a proven ability to manage your own workload and work as part of a close-knit team. Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with flexibility around hours.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Ability to prioritise and organise workflow and working to deadlines
- Previous admin experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous Insurance industry knowledge and experience an advantage but not essential
- Enthusiastic team player with ability to work as to deadlines in a calm diligent manner
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build trust with clients
- Excellent knowledge with MS packages, Word, Outlook, Excel and
- Knowledge of Acturis software would be a distinct advantage
