Interim HR Business Partner (3 months initially)
Home based with regular travel (50/50). West of England - Covering sites from Manchester to Plymouth
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance

Henlee Resourcing is delighted to be working with this hugely successful, people-centric business, to support the urgent recruitment of an Interim HR Business Partner into their talented team.
This fast-paced regional role requires an experienced Business Partner to support the team during a period of project delivery and increased work volume.
You will offer generalist support to colleagues across the region, with your primary focus being to manage Employee Relations and Recruitment - Covering a diverse array of (sometimes complex) cases, including disciplinary & grievance, short and long-term sickness, performance management and policy development. As well as driving the recruitment process for management level positions; interviewing and competency assessing candidates internally and externally.
Suitable applicants will have strong employment law and recruitment knowledge, gained working in a pacey multi-site environment, coupled with excellent stakeholder management skills and solid MI reporting.
Outstanding customer service, coupled with great systems, communication and time management skills are also essential, as is flexibility for visiting sites across the west of England (from Manchester to Plymouth), as required. Working from home vs site visits will be c50/50.
