Interim Hr Business Partner

We are seeking an Interim HR Business Partner to provide operational and strategic human resources support across our business services department. This Interim (to permanent if desired) role requires a proactive HR Professional, adept at managing day to day HR complexities and HR projects.

Description

• Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and lead HR projects including change initiatives and process improvements.
• Support managers in handling complex employee relations issues.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with current legislation.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team to share best practices.
• Provide HR guidance and advice to managers and staff.
• Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategy planning.

Profile

A successful Interim HR Business Partner should have:

• Professional qualification in Human Resources.
• Experience in a similar HR role within the business services industry.
• Strong project management skills.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Minimum level 7 level CIPD
• IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE/ AVAILABLE AT VERY SHORT NOTICE
