We are seeking an Interim HR Business Partner to provide operational and strategic human resources support across our business services department. This Interim (to permanent if desired) role requires a proactive HR Professional, adept at managing day to day HR complexities and HR projects.

Description
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and lead HR projects including change initiatives and process improvements.
- Support managers in handling complex employee relations issues.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with current legislation.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to share best practices.
- Provide HR guidance and advice to managers and staff.
- Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategy planning.
Profile
A successful Interim HR Business Partner should have:
- Professional qualification in Human Resources.
- Experience in a similar HR role within the business services industry.
- Strong project management skills.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Minimum level 7 level CIPD
