Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening and interviews, and offer management.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies in line with organisational goals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and develop effective selection criteria.
- Promote diversity and inclusivity in recruitment practices.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and GDPR in all recruitment activities.
- Participate in HR projects as required.
Profile
A successful Resourcing Partner should have:
- Available to start ASAP (short notice period will be considered).
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and GDPR as they relate to recruitment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to promoting diversity and equal opportunities in recruitment.
Job Offer
- A yearly salary in the range of £35,000- £36,000
- A generous annual leave package, including 30 days holiday, plus Christmas closure and bank holidays.
- A full-time contract with a 35-hour working week, hybrid working.
