A premium skincare brand with a number of stores located in prime retail spots all over Europe, the business offers a number of unique and exclusive products to their customers and although operating from different locations the team remains extremely close and well connected.

What will you do?

• Manage the full recruitment process from initial spec to onboarding
• Create engaging advertisements for online portals and material for offline
• Be responsible for the recruitment of team members across multiple locations
• Upload job ads to online portals and social media landing pages
• Shortlist and conduct both face to face and virtual screening interviews
• Work with European management team on referring successful candidates
• Liaise with the MD and become a decision maker on UK based roles

What do you need?

• You must be able to read and write in French fluently, this is essential
• Previous experience within an internal or agency recruitment role is essential
• Sales experience would be an advantage
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
