A fast-paced manufacturing SME going through a substantial period of growth are looking to bring in an Internal Sales Team Leader.
What will you do as an Internal Sales Supervisor

• Lead a team of 3 Internal Sales staff
• Answer calls and emails from potential new customers
• Quoting customers as well upselling products
• Working in a very fast paced environment, quoting over 50 customers daily
• Manage the entire process from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Look to gain repeat business
• Updating clients regularly on the manufacturing process and delivery dates

What do you need?

• Experience working in Internal Sales
• Ideally experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Manufacturing background beneficial but not required
• Great account management skills
