SalaryWe expect that our IT consultant will be responsible for the following duties:
(a) Provides technical support to IT users
(b) Advises users on how to resolve hardware and software problems
(c) Installs and upgrades hardware, cables, operating systems and/or appropriate software
(d) Facilitates user access to systems
(e) Refers more complex or intractable problems to appropriate IT professionals
(f) Researches possible solutions in user guides, technical manuals and other documents
(g) Maintains a log of work in progress, calls received, actions taken and problems detected;
(h) Reports on commonly occurring queries to detect underlying problems.
(i) Provides IT Cloud support
