IT Technician

Schedule: Full-time, Five days a week (Onsite)

Are you a skilled IT Technician with a passion for cutting-edge technology? Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, is seeking an experienced individual to join their IT team. If you have a solid background in Azure, ITIL, Windows and Mac servers, Active Directory, and possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage and maintain Windows and Mac servers to ensure optimal performance.
• Administer and support Azure cloud services and solutions.
• Implement and manage Active Directory services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related challenges.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and actively monitor for potential threats.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in Azure, ITIL, Windows and Mac servers, and Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
