In this role you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to staff and students, maintain IT infrastructure, and will be responsible for hardware and software and user management. The ideal candidate will have IT support experience and will have knowledge of networking and active directory. Ideally you will be degree educated and will have experience working with Apple macOS and mobile device management. You will be based within a commutable distance of Bushey, Hertfordshire and happy to be on site 5 days per week.
