In this role you will manage the IT Ticket helpdesk and will provide end-user support to staff and pupils. You will support the IT management in an environment working with Azure, Google, Apple, Jamf.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of IT support and will be eager to learn and progress technically. You will be based within a commutable distance of Bushey, Hertfordshire and happy to be on site 5 days per week.
