Are you an IT professional with a passion for troubleshooting and providing top-notch technical support? Our client is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join their dynamic team and play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of their IT infrastructure. If you have a solid background in Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft environments, JAMF, and previous experience in IT Support roles, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site IT support, ensuring the seamless functioning of all technology systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Manage and maintain Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft environments.
Utilize JAMF for effective management of Apple devices within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related challenges.
Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT Support roles, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft environments.
Familiarity with JAMF for Apple device management.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with end-users.
Valid driver's license and the ability to drive, as the role requires on-site presence five days a week.
Preferred Qualifications:
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, etc.
Previous experience in a similar on-site support role.
Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
