SalaryA specialist high-street Law Firm in Newton Le Willow is looking for an experienced Legal Cashier to join them.
The job responsibilities will include mentoring and supporting a junior cashier as well as:
- Daily Bank Reconciliations
- Processing CHAPS/Faster payment requests + internal transfers
- Liaising with fee earners and secretaries to assist with queries
- Accurate data input of all client/office, credit/debit balances.
- Processing and checking daily cheque runs
- Processing daily bills and card payments
- Petty cash and other cashiering duties when needed
- banking cash and cheques
- processing transactions
- checking balances
- paying suppliers
The role can either be part-time or full-time.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established firm who are undergoing a period of exciting growth. An understanding of management accounts and SRA procedures is essential.
