Litigation Secretary, East Belfast, £neg. Exceptional opportunity for a PA to join a busy, prestigious law firm.

PA's provide essential administration support to Partners/Fee Earners working as part of a wider unrivalled litigation team to provide seamless delivery to clients and to contribute to the success of the Firm.

As a Legal Secretary, your role will involve the following:

• Fast accurate document production on litigation matters: preparation of a high volume of court files, trial bundles with tight timescales;
• Extensive diary management
• Assisting with correspondence, billing and administration tasks;
• Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements;

Essential

• 2+ years experience of working as a PA in a legal environment.
• Current working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel
• Proactive, professional can do attitude with exceptional attention to detail and pride in work.
