Maintenance Manager

Principal People are currently working on behalf of a well-established, multi-faceted organisation who are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team based near to Penrith.This sole role will be responsible for overall assistance to their site location which encompasses both commercial and residential aspects and managing the onsite properties and maintenance/building requirements.The role will be offering overall assistance to the property team for this specific site and will include general site walk-rounds and inspections, communicating and dealing with contractors when required, dealing with repairs / maintenance issues , recording of relevant data, meter readings amongst other relevant hands-on duties as required.They are looking for a strong communicator and someone who is available as soon as soon possible.This is to pay the successful candidate a salary of £30-40k + Package.
