Renais Spirits is looking for a Marketing & Brand Assistant to join their growing team in London.
As Marketing and Brand Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our campaigns. The ideal candidate is a proactive and organised individual with a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the research, creation, copywriting and scheduling of marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
- Assist in the management and monitor social media accounts, engaging with followers and the Renais community and responding to comments and messages.
- Manage the online competitions across social media, website and ensure Ts and Cs are up to date.
- Support our customer service team with updating FAQs and answering ad-hoc requests.
- Track and analyse marketing metrics to assess the success of campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist in preparing reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to share with the marketing team.
- Assist in the development and ongoing success of the Renais website. This includes uploading copy, assets and proofreading.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics, handle registrations for awards, events and activations.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to inform marketing strategies.
- Summarise findings and present actionable insights to the marketing team.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Brand Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organising files and maintaining the Google Drive.
- Support on the management and development of POS where applicable.
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in a Marketing role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative copywriting and content creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- An understanding of content creation
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Basic Shopify knowledge is a plus, but not required
- French language beneficial but not required.
