The Marketing Designer will have creative ownership of how various tactical campaigns and brand activities come to life across a range of channels: from social media and email graphics, to web, video, and sales enablement collateral across both B2B and B2C audiences.
Brief summary of principle accountabilities- Producing engaging, original, and effective marketing collateral to support the function’s overall targets – from digital brochures, email, and social graphics, to sales enablement and video content.
- Devising a distinct approach to B2B and B2C marketing creative
- Creating new and exciting presentation and experiential assets to support the sales, key account, and (where relevant) executive teams.
- Acting as a custodian for the brand, and maintaining key marketing assets such as PPT templates, banners, brochures, flyers, social media post templates, branded goods
- Evolving and developing the brand as required (+ maintaining brand guidelines)
- Devise and storyboard new assets as creative develops, (e.g.) video case studies, diagnostic tools, new product collateral.
Qualifications (E - Essential; D - Desirable)
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A-C (including English and Maths) (E)
- Certifications in relevant suite of tools/systems (e.g., Adobe, etc.) (D)
- Experience developing and delivering high quality design work to a creative brief (E)
- Experience designing for a range of audiences across B2B and B2C (D)
- Experience of successful work stack management and working independently to meet deadlines without close supervision. (E)
- Experience working in either in-house marketing team or marketing / integrated agency (E)
- Ability to interpret stakeholder requirements and make proactive recommendations to support overall departmental and business goals (E)
- Strong working knowledge of latest creative and design principles and supporting tools and technology (E)
