· Enhance the project plan for media accreditation by establishing a clear timeline, milestones, and deadlines while internally organising resources to manage workload, increase service levels, and provide clear deadlines for the media.

· Ensure best-in-class media communications by setting-up a Media Operations helpdesk and providing timely updates to international and national media (newsletters and world media briefings).

· Serve as the primary point of contact for International News Agencies and important national media publications, gathering and coordinating their requirements in a streamlined and efficient manner.

· Plan and deliver the media services programme including among others catering, transport and interpretation.

· Hire, train and manage the tournament Media Operations department including coordinators, volunteers and venue media managers.

· Scope Media Operations technology and look and feel requirements in host venues and team bases and oversee their delivery.

· Digitise media information for prompt and accurate delivery of operational details, while drafting the official Media Guide to enhance user experience.

· Monitor and analyse data related to Media Operations and services, providing reports and insights to aid decision-making processes

Experience & knowledge you’ll need:

· Experience of leading Media Operations programme for other tournaments / sporting events including management of team members, ideally in a global environment.
