Medical Receptionist

Are you an enthusiastic and organised Medical Receptionist with experience working in a practice and could hit the ground running on systems EMIS or Docman?
We are looking to recruit a Medical Receptionist who can support a local practice with reception and secretarial support on a temporary basis with the possibility of a permanent role in Bolton.
Working for the NHS can be really rewarding and provide you with a role that has lots of variety from reception work to secretarial and clerical duties as the role evolves. It would be ideal for a individual who has experience working in a GP practice and loves offering friendly support to patients and being a critical support to the staff.
***Candidates who apply must have a DBS check and also experience in systems EMIS or Docman in order to be considered for this position****

Whats in it for you as a Medical Receptionist?

What skills and experience will you need as a Medical Receptionist?

• You have worked on EMIS or Docman - we are seeking candidates who can hit the ground running with minimal training on the systems

• Enjoy using your empathetic nature, always be polite and have a friendly supportive smile for patients

• Have good attention to detail and are organised

• You must have an Enhanced DBS check as you will have access to confidential medical records

• Be immediately available for work, are committed and loyal
