Medical Secretary

We are a growing Harley Street based ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery outfit.

We are looking for a medical PA / secretary who has some experience in the healthcare industry. The role is full time working with one surgeon, 9am to 5pm. There is no expectation to work weekends.

Key roles:

1. To be the main contact point for one surgeon's patients

2. To maintain the appointment diary accurately

3. To book operating lists

4. To book outpatient clinic appointments

5. To answer calls and emails the same day from patients

6. To send letters in a timely fashion to patients

Key attributes:

- great interpersonal skills

- computer literate

- willing to help grow a business
