Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a leading global manufacturer of consumer goods? My client are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join their team as a National Account Manager to manage two of their key Retail accounts.

The Role:

As a National Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward by managing two key UK retail accounts circa £30m turnover.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our retail partners, negotiating contracts, and implementing strategies to maximise sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with national retail accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in National Account management within the consumer goods industry.
• Experience managing large demanding retail accounts
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
