National Account Manager
Leeds
Salary up to £45,000 OTE £60,000
My client, a well-established Financial Services institution are looking for a self-motivated National Account Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of clients, guaranteeing long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Duties of National Account Manager:
* Manage the client portfolio to achieve key performance indicators and objectives.
* Nurture and grow existing client accounts.
* Carry out Account Reviews with our client portfolio accordingly.
* Maintain an awareness and understanding of the strategic risks faced by the Company, and report these to the Senior Management team.
* Manage all New Business enquiries, using tools to ensure the clients in which are targeted and accepted on to the panel are relevant to the Company.
* Manage the client return rate to ensure this is in line with business expectations/targets.
* Monitoring the setup of new client accounts, including monitoring of the client contracts and direct debit mandates.
* Ensuring clients are educated on the policies and procedures of their Lead Supply agreement.
* Maintain appropriate levels of management information in order to report on aspects of your performance to the Senior Management Team.
* Maintain accurate and secure records using the Company's internal IT systems in line with GDPR regulations and legislation.
* Ensure all records are accurate and completed within deadlines.
Essential:
* Previous Account Management experience
* Experience working within the financial services industry
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Excellent written and communication skills including report writing
