Accenture is seeking an experienced risk officer (at least 5 years’ experience) in financial services (with special focus on insurance, consumer credit and debt collection regulations) for the United Kingdom, on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of Operational Risk Management Framework and Risk Register
- Ensuring Op Risk Management Framework is aligned with current regulation and covers full scope of applicable risks to Accenture Next Gen
- Oversight and challenge of 1LOD adherence to Op Risk Management Framework and provision of support to risk/control owners as required
- Oversight of Financial Risk Management (SOX) testing and reporting (SOX frameworks are owned by Finance)
- Provide inputs to Board to set Risk Appetite and responsible for monitoring and reporting against Risk Appetite
- Ensuring annual control testing regime is in place as well as monitoring and reporting control testing results
- Issuance of RCSA timetable to 1LOD
- Provide support, oversight and challenge to 1LOD on RCSA and issue consolidated RCSA report
- Monitoring of issues raised and management of actions related to issues to ensure adequate mitigation
- Ownership and maintenance of GRC tooling
