We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our well-established client in Corby. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of office functions. The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities.
Primary Tasks:
- Managing credit control by issuing master data on the stop report and processing customer orders through emails and telephone calls.
- Matching service and sales order invoices.
- Facilities management involves maintaining supplier contracts, organizing utilities and insurance renewals, and handling stationery orders.
- Monitoring the finance mailbox and addressing any inaccuracies in master data while preparing a comprehensive month-end report
- Sending customer statements, finalizing tech sheets, and efficiently handling inbound and outbound post
- Tech sheet processing involves daily updates, reviewing the Cogi list for discrepancies, and addressing stock shortfalls or issues.
- Telecommunication responsibilities include maintaining the Stride telephone system, while vehicle-related tasks encompass updating the vehicle log, advising insurances of changes, conducting license checks, and managing vehicle fuel card orders
- Previous experience in office administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication skills.
