Joining a global organisation in their Watford office this is a great role for an experienced Administrator.
Purpose of this busy and varied role is to provide sales support and company administration for the UK office.
Responsibilities include:
Commercial Support, first point of contact for customers (B2B)
Contact point for supporting Account Managers, and supporting the Country Manager and Account Managers with preparing Agreements
Accounts / Finance support with payments and overdue payments, credit notes and Partner bonus, warranties and expenses.
Supporting Technical Support Manager with organising Training Courses
Support HR by maintaining holiday and sickness records
Maintenance of car fleet
Organising catering for office meetings, hotels for meetings and assisting with organising corporate events including road shows and conferences
Ensuring website is up to date with Partner details
Manage and maintain Health & Safety policies and liaise with external agencies as required
