We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Effectively communicate clients, partners, and colleagues through written and spoken
communication.
-Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including scheduling
appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
-Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries, providing
information, and ensuring their needs are met.
-Maintain accurate and organised records, databases, and filing systems. Prepare and format
reports, presentations, and other documents.
-Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate logistics for company
events and travel arrangements as needed.
-Collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments to facilitate efficient workflow
and information exchange.
-Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
Required:
-Proven experience in office administration or related roles is preferred.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable using office equipment and software.
-Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well within a team, and provide exceptional customer service.
-Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a dynamic work environment.
-Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
-Basic accounts or bookkeeping experience is a must.
-Driving licence is preferred due to location.

9am - 5pm
£24K - £27K depending on experience
