My client, a leading company based in Watford, are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis to support their growth plans throughout 2024 and beyond.
With a salary of between GBP23,000 and GBP27,000 per annum, this is a great opportunity for someone who has previous office administration experience to take the next step in their career.
Key responsibilities below:
Efficiently manage office operations and provide administrative support.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Maintain organised filing systems and databases.
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment.
