Salary A boutique investment firm is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis, with the potential opportunity to go permanent.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience within a similar role and will be happy to come into their offices in the West End, 5 days a week between 9am-6pm. The team are super friendly, close knit and hardworking and they are looking for someone will similar qualities.
What you'll do:
- First point of contact for guests
- Manage meeting rooms
- Answer phones
- Format documents
- Support the CEO and wider team with EA duties when needed
- Assist with the smooth and efficient running of the office
Who you are:
- 1-2 years' experience within a similar role - preferably in finance/property
- Bright, engaging, and personable candidate
- Happy to muck in and work confidently as part of a team
