This is an amazing opportunity to join this high profile Interior Design Institute working remotely alongside the office executives and the Council of Directors.
We are looking for an administrator who will play a key role as part of a small dedicated team, helping support the office executives and working with the Council of Directors to provide a proactive administrative and support role within the institute. The post holder will be required to assist in the promotion and development of the Institute by carrying out activities related to membership, marketing, events and finance.
This role will involve general office duties such as answering incoming telephone calls and emails, and maintaining the shared office diary. Despite the role being fully remote, the candidate will also be required to attend occasional exciting institute functions as required including some occasional weekend and evening events.
While this is an administration role, the responsibilities will vary within managing the membership database, marketing in updating the BIID website, assisting with event organisation and assisting with finance and accounts.
For this role you will be organised, a team player and someone who loves people. Previous administration is desirable but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will also be flexible in offering support to other departments when needed and will have a patient demeanour.
