Robert Half are currently recruiting for a Office Assistant for 3 months based near Hampton.
Duties:
The Person does not need to be a Financed Based Person, but if someone with is available they should be given first consideration
Filing of Bank Statements and other Paperwork
Scanning of Invoices and other documents
Other ad-hoc tasks I would need attending to
Supporting Finance manage two busy inboxes and ensure that things aren't missed
Manage the office admin.
Look after the maintenance of the office, get quotes for fixing things and helping staff get what they need from the office (new keys).
Help administer the holiday calendar and staff calendar.
Approve low level expenses.
Help the management team with what they need.
Registration lists
Scanning certificates
Some basic emails
Replacement certificates
Certificate addresses
Scanning old course documents
Exam results
Simplecert certificates
