My client a professional firm in Leeds are looking to recruit an administrator to join their team in Leeds. This role is a great opportunity for someone's first job as there is lots of opportunity to progress into other areas of the business.
Main Duties:
- General administration tasks such as post (including hand deliveries), filing, stationery orders, print room supplies, scanning and photocopying.
- Reception duties (to include answering and fielding calls and taking messages).
- Greeting visitors and providing refreshments.
- Checking kitchen areas and meeting rooms are kept stocked, clean and tidy.
- Assisting with internal and external events (including meeting room set up).
- Providing administration support to the wider Firm, especially the Marketing, HR, Accounts functions and wider Secretarial team.
Skills Required:
- An enthusiastic and can-do attitude to provide essential support to the Firm.
- You will be polite, professional, hardworking and helpful, with the ability to use your own initiative.
- Eager to learn, prepared to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
