Reed Business Support in Bath is delighted to be working with a small business with offices in the South West in their search for an Office Assistant.
This is an ongoing temporary role which could go permanent for the lucky person.
20 hours per week (alternative weekends Saturday 9-3 and Sunday 10-2).
100% office based
Key duties will include:
- Providing full administrative and customer support to the office
- Managing the sales process
- Answering all customer enquiries
- Ensuring that the daily, weekly and monthly routines and cleaning rota are adhered to
- Implementing the marketing plan
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with local businesses
- Being fully focused on delivering excellent customer service and exceeding customers' expectations through ensuring that we put the customer first always
- Assisting in ensuring that the company operates within its set cost budgets
- Helping to ensure that the company operates in a safe and secure environment for both our customers and staff
- Adhering to, and complying with all company policies, procedures and routines, as detailed in the company operations manual whilst ensuring that all records are accurately maintained and correctly filed
The ideal candidate should:
- Have 1st class customer service/communication skills
- Be a team player, flexible and friendly with empathy
- Have a proven track record in administration
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with all work
