Office Assistant/ Receptionist
£14ph / £27 – 30K
5 days a week in office, 9-6
Responsibilities:
- Front of house, meeting and greeting visitors.
- Handling calls
- Booking meeting rooms
- Handling post and sourcing courtiers
- Researching suppliers, quotes and IT support.
Experience:
- Experience within similar role ideal but not essential as training can be provided.
- Outgoing, and willing to go above and beyond.
- Reliable and proactive wanting to learn and develop.
This is a Temporary role with the potential to go on permanent, only immediately available candidates need apply.
