Provide comprehensive support and efficiency to the office operations. From Administration, sales support, finance and communicating between departments,

Responsibilities

• General administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining customer records
• Sales order processing from quotations. PO's, processing orders to invoicing.
• Ensure compliance for contracts, orders and import/export regulations and customs procedures
• Co-ordinating engineers, managing their diaries and workload
• Monitor tracking information to ensure that products are delivered on time and at the lowest cost
• Responsible for the flow of the incoming/outgoing goods to both customers and factory (Return to vendor items & paperwork, keeping up with factory support)
• Ordering supplies for the office - maintaining insurances and facilities
