Responsibilities
- General administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining customer records
- Sales order processing from quotations. PO's, processing orders to invoicing.
- Ensure compliance for contracts, orders and import/export regulations and customs procedures
- Co-ordinating engineers, managing their diaries and workload
- Monitor tracking information to ensure that products are delivered on time and at the lowest cost
- Responsible for the flow of the incoming/outgoing goods to both customers and factory (Return to vendor items & paperwork, keeping up with factory support)
- Ordering supplies for the office - maintaining insurances and facilities
