Office Manager / Operations - £40,000 – 4-month FTC (immediate start)

This is a great opportunity for an Office Manager who is available immediately to cover a busy 4 month FTC for our client after Easter.

A hybrid role, you will be setting up the Operations of a new London office for our client who are in the Asset Management space. Initially a small London team which they expect to grow – you will need to be happy establishing contracts and services as well as general administration for the Partners based here (scheduling, booking travel, arranging hotels, entertaining and events, etc.)

Good IT skills and experience in Operations / Office Management – ideally with experience in a start-up environment and within shared workspaces. Negotiating contracts as the face of the business in London – you will need to be happy to ‘pitch in’ in order to get everything arranged by the end of July. There is a chance that the booking could be extended for the right candidate but initially this is for 4-months and will be paid on a weekly temp basis.

Friendly International team some of whom are moving over from Europe (Spain and France) to run the office here.

£40,000 – hybrid working (West End).
