At Mediaplanet each year we develop over 900 themed campaigns in 11 languages within key verticals: health, technology, business, careers and cause.
We are looking for an Office Manager (two days a week) to join our London office and ensure the smooth running of the office and the UK & Ireland divisions.
Reporting to the Managing Directors, responsibilities include:
- The day-to-day running and upkeep of the office
- Assist the Managing Directors with administrative tasks
- Manage relationships with suppliers, building managers etc
- Order office supplies, stationery and office equipment & kitchen supplies including snacks and drinks
- Liaise with building managers to ensure maintenance and repairs are completed
- Print and send campaigns for Project Managers – organise the print schedule to ensure copies are sent off and arrive to clients on time
- Organise social activities and end of quarter parties
- Booking travel arrangements
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees including sending welcome packages, equipment set up, and assisting with the training schedule
- Track annual leave and sick days
- Complete monthly expense forms

- Brilliant communicator with all levels in the organisation & with external clients and suppliers
- Have excellent organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
What we offer:
- Salary up to £27,000 per annum, depending on experience (pro-rata – 2 days a week)
- Flexible working (minimum of 1 day in the office)
