Ryder Reid Legal are looking to recruit an experienced Office Technology Specialist to join one of our prestigious, International Law Firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office, near Liverpool St. Our client, who specialise in Corporate, Litigation and Intellectual Property, are looking for someone to become a key member of there is team.
The key duties of the Office Technology Specialist include:
Use of a ticketing system to track customer reports.Provide support for walk up queries.Provide on-site technical assistance, including computer setup and breakdown, office moves and troubleshooting.Prepare equipment, following defined firm processes.Install and configure desktops, laptops and other equipment.Install, troubleshoot and maintain equipment such as printers, scanners and mobile devices.Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs of both hardware and software.Troubleshoot and resolve wireless connectivity issues.
