We are currently recruiting an Operations Manager to drive through the transformation of our Parks & Landscape Maintenance services. Your role will be to manage key frontline services such as Grounds Maintenance, Play Construction, Parks Development, Greenspace Volunteering and Allotments. You will lead and motivate a wide-ranging team, deal with public enquires, manage service performance and budget as well as ensure services are delivered to standard and within health and safety policies and commercial agreements.
You will need to build relationships both internally and externally, supporting and developing community capacity, securing external funding sources, and transforming service delivery to balance resources and demands.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role that has horticultural / horticulture experience and strong leadership and communication skills.
